This may be one of the more compelling reasons I’ve heard so far for return-to-office: that in-office culture is especially beneficial for folks starting out when they’re picking up good habits, skills, and domain knowledge.

Last Meeting of the Day
Someone told me a story about the executive in their meeting being very generously willing to go over the scheduled time as it was their last meeting of the day, and they’re usually hard to get time with, but unfortunately that didn’t work for everyone.
